Highlights from FilAm Creative’s Network & Create February 2018 Potluck

What Happened at the 7th FilAm Creations Meeting & Potluck in July, 2017?

It was the Saturday of the 2017 San Diego Comic Con where most of our members stood in line just to enter Hall H, cosplayed as their favorite sci-fi or superhero characters and generally satisfied their thirsts of nerd fandom from every possible film, television show, graphic novel and online gaming of all genres! Heels off after FilAm Creative’s 3rd Hollywood Actors Panel yesterday was FilAm Creations’ 6th Meeting and Potluck.  And, boy, the monthly social had one of its most hilarious break-the-ice introductions yet! This first sign should have been a warning…  One of our members brought balut to the potluck! For those of you who don’t know, balut is a developing bird embryo (usually a duck or chicken) that is boiled and eaten from the shell. What Happened at 3rd FilAm Creations’ Los Angeles Asian Pacific Film Festival 2017 Meetup?

It was a potluck party with almost more people than the previous two meetups!  With more than half of the FilAm Creations film teams at the post-production stage, it was time to celebrate as well as meet with each other for potential collabs on future projects after the Los Angeles Asian Pacific Film Festival.
