It was the Saturday of the 2017 San Diego Comic Con where most of our members stood in line just to enter Hall H, cosplayed as their favorite sci-fi or superhero characters and generally satisfied their thirsts of nerd fandom from every possible film, television show, graphic novel and online gaming of all genres! Heels off after FilAm Creative’s 3rd Hollywood Actors Panel yesterday was FilAm Creations’ 6th Meeting and Potluck. And, boy, the monthly social had one of its most hilarious break-the-ice introductions yet! This first sign should have been a warning… One of our members brought balut to the potluck! On Wednesday, September 14, FilAm Creative’s original content channel, Bidyo, held a premiere party for its inaugural web series, Filipino American Hall of Fame at Far Bar in Little Tokyo in Downtown Los Angeles. Bidyo is a YouTube channel devoted to showcasing original content created by, or for the Filipino American community.
