FilAm Creative broke Caviteña’s weekday record for attendance!
Our Fundraiser was a resounding success thanks to you! Led by the venerable Chef Angel Quinsay, the event had quadrupled the amount of expected guests. Many who belted into song including our Executive Board!

The attendees participated in our fun and spontaneous mixer while we raised funds in support of keeping our nonprofit programs, events and film festival running. They connected with working professionals, cemented partnerships and facilitated opportunities for future project collaborations with Filipino Americans involved in the Hollywood Entertainment Industry.
Official Acknowledgement: We welcomed both Lomita City Councilmember Barry M. Waite and Field Representative at California State Assembly Moises Aglipay. Chef Angel Quinsay handed out Certificates of Recognition to the 2023 FilAm Creative Executive Board from Mike A. Gipson, Assemblyman 65th District of the California Legislature.

As well as FAC Officers Karina Cornejo, Marvin Aritrangco, Jucevi Virtudes, Lyndon Apostol, Jeff Francisco, Christian Reasonda, Rovyn Bautista, Bernadette Alessandri, and Sou Pha (who volunteered to cover the event) who helped plan and attended the event.
100% of tickets sold will go to FilAm Creative to help fund future workshops and events. All involved are donating their time and hard work to support FAC and the creative community.
