Sunday, February 5th was the second of two FilAm Creative Leadership Retreats for the 2023 FAC Executive Board at noontime.
In attendance were MJ Racadio (Director of Media & Press), Yo Yo Its Jojo (Director of Dance Arts), Randal Kamradt (Director of Career Development, Directing), Angel Mendoza (Director of Career Development, Producing), Christian Resonanda (Director of Marketing), Kyle Dean (Director of Career Development, Acting), Christian Bustamente (Director of Casting and Talent Recruitment), Jennielyn Abrot (Advisor In Producing), and Arlyn Dela Pena (Vice President of Membership & Planning).
Joining them were Mark LaBella (Executive Director), Didi Caneda (Secretary), Angel Quinsay (Treasurer), Edwin Santos (Social Media Director), Marvin Aritrangco (Director of Culinary Arts), Walter Tabayoyong (Historian), Anthea Neri Best (Director of Films & Festivals), Jucevi Virtudes (Director of Charity Partnerships) and Rovyn Bautista (Director of Fundraising).
The session was shorter with intros and updates of our planned events for 2023.
Our potluck was beautifully designed (set & lighting, too) and assembled together by Chef Aritrangco.
After our potluck, we resumed to the last tasks at hand which included the more detailed discussions about our upcoming events such as our upcoming Screenwriter’s Workshop, our new FilAm Creative Film Festival, the returning Filipino Hollywood Actors Panel (its 10th edition) and Network & Create Potluck events, among many others, and as to how each department can assist and collaborate with other departments to create, promote and operate our events smoothly and in a timely manner.
After our session, we celebrated with karaoke!
