Five months after FilAm Creative’s first encore screening back in May, 2017 [link], its FilAm Creations Filmmaker Challenge returned to the Regency Theaters’ Valley Plaza 6 with a second slate of new short films under that initiative as “FilAm Creations 2.”
And, what was different in this second go-around was an awards presentation of five categories. You can go to this [link] for the nominees, the jury and the judging criteria.
After the introductory welcome by our Executive Director Meriden Villanueva, the encore screening of the new short films as well as the Q&A with the filmmakers moderated by Angel Qinan, the FilAm Creative Board of Directors Walter Boholst, Edward J. Mallillin and Rex Sampaga were ready to announce the winners.
