Hear the panelists discuss about their explorations of the process and profession of acting; their reflections on personal experiences and artistic influences that informed and shaped their careers; their discussions of past and current projects and share valuable insights into the craft and the industry. Get a chance to ask the panelists questions, learn about open opportunities, and build your network.

An Interview with Janet Tscha, Talent Agent of Arlene Thornton & Associates for FilAm Creative’s Hollywood Actors Panel & Networking event with host Erica Fortes. Filmed on location at the Clubhouse by Alyssa Aguilos, produced by John Flores and edited by Edwin Santos for the Bidyo Channel.
Janet Tscha was born and raised in Los Angeles, but ventured East to Emerson College in Boston to get a better perspective on the entertainment industry. In college, she majored in Advertising/Marketing. Janet returned to Los Angeles and after working at a few top commercial talent agencies, took over as Head of On-Camera Department at Arlene Thornton & Associates.
She loves working with performers and takes pride in seeing her clients in the media everyday. Some of her interests include figure skating, traveling, booking talent and keeping up her mastery of Tae Kwan Do, in which she holds a black belt.
Janet has been nominated three times for the Seymour Heller Award for Commercial Agent of the Year by the Talent Managers Association and has won once.
